Update Contact Information
Keeping contact details up-to-date is critical for ensuring that customers can easily reach the business with their questions, concerns, or booking requests, which helps maintain trust and provides a seamless customer experience.
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find Your Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Update your Contact Details: In the sub menu, select 'Contacts'. Work your way through the fields, updating as required - advice for each field is provided below.
Submit for Review: Once you've made all your changes, review your profile summary and submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
