Event Facilities

Here’s an indication of the types of facilities that can be added to your Event profile to make it more appealing to potential guests and help them plan their attendance. These options are often updated, so you're encouraged to regularly review your profile to make sure it's always up-to-date.

  • Café

  • Carpark

  • Coach Parking

  • Conference/Convention Facilities

  • Family Friendly

  • Kiosk

  • Lockers

  • Non Smoking

  • Parents Room

  • Public Telephone

  • Public Toilet

  • Restaurant

  • Shop

Add or Update Event Facilities

You're encouraged to update your Event Facilities whenever there are changes or upgrades to your event venue/location, such as new amenities, or additional services. Although this is an optional part of your profile, please, don't wait until the day before your event to add or update your facilities.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Optional Information: In the sub menu, select 'Optional Information'.

  5. Facilities: Scroll down the page to the 'Facilities' Section. Click the down arrow to expand the section.

  6. Add or Update: Working your way through the list and using the checkboxes, select the event facilities that apply.

  7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
