Memberships for Events

Build credibility with potential attendees for your event by listing your Event Memberships in your Profile.

Adding your memberships to your Event profile helps demonstrate your credibility and industry involvement. By showcasing affiliations with trusted organisations, such as Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs), business chambers, or industry associations, you build trust with potential visitors and partners.

Event Memberships

Here’s an indication of the types of Event Memberships that can be added to your Event profile. Memberships options are often updated, so you're encouraged to regularly review your profile to make sure it's always up-to-date.

  • Your Regional Tourism Organisation - Your RTO will add this on your behalf

  • Association of Australian Convention Bureaux Inc.

  • Gay and Lesbian Tourism Australia (GALTA)

  • Australian Museums and Galleries Association

  • Australian Tourism Export Council

  • International Cruise Council of Australasia

  • Meetings and Events Australia

  • National Trust

  • New South Wales Business Chamber

  • Queensland Tourism Industry Council

  • Sustainable Winegrowing Australia Membership

  • Tourism Industry Council of SA

  • Victorian Tourism Industry Council


Add or Delete Event Memberships

The steps outlined below relate only to Event profiles. For all other profile types, see Memberships.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Optional Information: In the sub menu, select 'Optional Information'.

  5. Find Memberships: Scroll down the page to the 'Memberships' Section. Click the down arrow to expand the section.

  6. Update:

    • To Add memberships, work from the top of the list, use the checkboxes to select memberships that are relevant to your business. Any selected Memberships will move to the top of the list.

    • To Update or Remove memberships, click the corresponding checkbox. Once unselected, it will be removed from the top of the list.

  7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers
