Event profiles are automatically unpublished when your event has wrapped up or if the information becomes outdated. For events that occur over multiple days, the profile will expire on the last day of the event. This ensures that the information is only available to visitors while the event is relevant.
If you plan to hold the event again in the future, simply update the profile with new dates and any other relevant information to keep it active. Regular updates are essential to maintain visibility on the platform, especially if your event is recurring annually or seasonally.
For Once-Only events (See: Event Frequency), the profile is automatically taken down once the event is over.
If your event is marked as not confirmed, due to pending permits or dates and you haven’t updated it once everything is locked in, it might also be unpublished until you confirm the details. (See: Confirm Event)
Keeping your event profile up to date is key to ensuring it stays live and visible to potential attendees - so be sure to update those details when needed.
