We know the world of events can be unpredictable, which is why we've made it simple for you to manage your event calendar directly in your profile. Sometimes, that means removing one or a few of your upcoming event dates, and we’re here to make sure it’s easy when those changes are needed.
If your event is cancelled, please disable your profile instead.
If your event is no longer going ahead, disabling your profile prevents confusion and disappointment for potential attendees. See: How to disable your Profile for details.
When to remove event dates?
You might consider removing event dates if you're rescheduling an entire event or need to remove future dates that no longer apply. Removing irrelevant event dates helps avoid any misinformation.
How to remove an Event Date from my event calendar
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.
Your Current Schedule: Scrolling down, you will be able to see any event occurrences you've previously entered for your profile. These will be highlighted.
Delete unwanted Date: In the calendar, click on the specific date you would like deleted. The date and event times will appear at the bottom. Click the cross icon next to your date to delete this event.
Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
How to remove all event dates from my event calendar
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.
Your Current Schedule: Scrolling down, you will be able to see any event occurrences you've previously entered for your profile. These will be highlighted.
Clear Calendar: Click the 'CLEAR CALENDAR' button at the top of the Calendar, then 'CONFIRM'. This will erase all Event Dates and times. Take a moment to check that all highlighted event details in the Calendar have been removed.
Re-Enter Correct Dates: From here, you can add new event dates to your event calendar. (See: Add Event Dates to my Event Calendar)
Submit for Review: Once you have re-entered your event dates, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
