We know the world of events can be unpredictable, which is why we've made it simple for you to manage your event calendar directly in your profile. Sometimes, that means removing one, a few, or even all of your upcoming event dates, and we’re here to make sure it’s easy when those changes are needed.

When to remove event dates

You might consider removing event dates if:

The event has been cancelled: If your event is no longer going ahead, removing the dates prevents confusion and disappointment for potential attendees.


The event has been postponed indefinitely: If there is no confirmed future date for the event, removing the current dates will keep your calendar accurate.

The event is no longer relevant: If the event has been permanently discontinued or replaced, removing the dates ensures your calendar reflects only active events.

A major schedule change is required: If you're rescheduling the entire event and need to update all dates, removing the old ones helps avoid any misinformation.


How to remove an Event Date from my event calendar

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.

  5. Your Current Schedule: Scrolling down, you will be able to see any event occurrences you've previously entered for your profile. These will be highlighted.

  6. Delete unwanted Date: In the calendar, click on the specific date you would like deleted. The date and event times will appear at the bottom. Click the cross icon next to your date to delete this event.

  7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.


How to remove all event dates from my event calendar

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.

  5. Your Current Schedule: Scrolling down, you will be able to see any event occurrences you've previously entered for your profile. These will be highlighted.

  6. Clear Calendar: Click the 'CLEAR CALENDAR' button at the top of the Calendar, then 'CONFIRM'. This will erase all Event Dates and times. Take a moment to check that all highlighted event details in the Calendar have been removed. From here, you can add new event dates to your event calendar.   7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
