Add Users to your Account

If you are the primary account holder you can register additional users to your account within the platform.

Having multiple team members linked to your account ensures continuous, collaborative management, keeping your profile up-to-date and relevant to your customers.


How to add Users to your Account

If you are the primary account holder you can register additional users to your account through the ‘Account’ tab when you are logged in to the platform.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'ACCOUNT'

  3. Add User: In the sub menu, select 'Add Another User' This will open the new user registration screen.

  4. Add User Information: Working your way down the page, enter the new User's email address, name and phone number. If the User is already registered, an error message will appear (See: What if the user already has an Account?).

  5. Save: Click Save

  6. Email Sent to New User: The new User will be sent an email advising they have been registered. The email will contain a temporary password and link to login. Once they have logged in, they too will be able to view and manage the business account.


Frequently Asked Questions

How many users can I have on my account?

There's no limit to the number of users you can add, so feel free to include as many team members as you need. Importantly, every account must have at least one primary Administrator User (or 'Admin User').

Can I share my login details?

No, for security its important that each user have their own login.

What if the New User is already registered on another Account?

If the new user is already registered with an account, you will receive an error advising that they already exist in the system. So we can best support you in this instance, please connect with us directly.
