Issues Submitting Profile for Review

Unable to submit your profile for review? Try these steps.

If you’re seeing an error when trying to submit your changes for review, it usually means there’s a required field or step that hasn’t been completed. Here’s how you can resolve the issue:

Check the Error Message

Carefully read the error message displayed on your screen. The message will usually specify which field or section needs attention and what needs to be fixed.

Review the Progress Bar

Look at the progress bar in the top right corner of the page. If the progress bar is red, not all mandatory steps have been completed. In this instance:

  1. Click on the progress bar to view a list of incomplete mandatory steps.

  2. Complete any outstanding fields or actions as indicated.
