Check the Error Message
Carefully read the error message displayed on your screen. The message will usually specify which field or section needs attention and what needs to be fixed.
Review the Progress Bar
Look at the progress bar in the top right corner of the page. If the progress bar is red, not all mandatory steps have been completed. In this instance:
Click on the progress bar to view a list of incomplete mandatory steps.
Complete any outstanding fields or actions as indicated.
