My Profile updates aren’t showing on distributor websites

If your recent profile updates are not appearing on distributor websites, please follow the steps below to ensure your changes are published correctly.

  1. Confirm You’ve Sent Your Updates for Review: After updating your profile, it's important that you click ‘Send for Review’. Only after your updates are reviewed and approved will they go live on distributor websites.

  2. Check Your Profile Status: If your profile is live, it means all content is published and available to distributors.
    If your profile is live with changes not yet submitted, it means your recent changes have been saved by have not yet been sent for review. In this case, click 'Send for review' to submit your updates.

  3. Allow Time for Distributor Updates: Our distributors are required to update their content at least once per week, with most updating nightly or weekly. As such, we ask that you allow up to 7 days for your updates to appear on all distributor websites.
