We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to remove your profile for various reasons. Your profile can be deleted at any time within the platform.

How to Disable a Profile

Disabling a profile can be done in a few ways.

Disable a profile in your Dashboard

When you're in your Dashboard, find the unwanted profile within the list of profiles, and click the corresponding 'More' button, then 'Request to Disable' (shown below). Confirm that you'd like to disable your profile by clicking ‘Yes’. Enter a reason and click ‘Confirm’ to complete.

Disable a profile in your Profile Summary

You can also disable a profile from your Profile Summary. Click the 'More' button at the top of the page, then 'Disable Profile' (shown below). Confirm that you'd like to disable your profile by clicking ‘Yes’. Enter a reason and click ‘Confirm’ to complete.

Disable a profile in the Profile Builder

If you're in the Profile Builder, you can also disable a profile from here by clicking the 'More' button at the top of any page within the Profile Builder, then 'Disable Profile' (shown below). Confirm that you'd like to disable your profile by clicking ‘Yes’. Enter a reason and click ‘Confirm’ to complete.

When to Disable or Delete a profile

If your business is no longer offering tourism services, it's a good idea to disable your profile. This action will archive your profile, making it invisible to distributors, and removing it from their digital channels.

Worth noting is that some websites might save information locally on their databases. This means that if you disable your profile, it might not be removed from those websites right away. If you notice that your profile is still being promoted after it has been disabled, it’s best to contact the website directly to request the removal of the information from their systems.
