Staying on top of your profile status ensures you’re always ready to respond to feedback, make updates, or address issues promptly.
Where to see your Profile Status
You can check your profile status in your dashboard (shown below). This gives you an at-a-glance overview of all your profiles and their latest updates.
What Each Profile Status Means
Draft Profile
What it means: Your profile is a work in progress and has not been submitted for review or publication.
What to do next: Complete your profile and submit it for review so your business can get visibility through our distributor network.
Profile is Live
What it means: Your profile is published and visible to potential travellers through our distributor network.
What to do next: No action required unless you want to update or edit your profile. At a minimum, profiles must be updated within 12-months - although we recommend updating more regularly. (See: Updating your Profile)
Locked for Review
What it means: Your profile is being checked by our team to ensure it meets our guidelines before it's published. This process is crucial because it allows us to guarantee that we provide travellers with high-quality, accurate information through our distributor channels.
What to do next: Your review usually takes up to 2 business days, during which time you won't be able to make any changes. We'll let you know of the outcome by email. In some instances, you may even receive some tips from our team to help enhance your profile even further.
Profile is rejected by QA
What it means: Don't worry, your profile has simply gone through our review process and needs a bit more information or a few tweaks to meet our content requirements.
What to do next: Our expert team has left comments on the areas needing attention. Please log back into the platform, review the comments, and make the necessary changes. Once updated, send it back for review. Most operators are approved on the second review. This process ensures that every profile published meets our Content Policy.
Disabled: With changes not yet submitted
What it means: Your profile is not currently visible to potential travellers. Changes have been made to your profile but have not yet been submitted for review and publishing.
What to do next: Review your edits and submit your changes to reactivate your profile.
Live: With changes not yet submitted
What it means: Your profile is currently live and visible to potential travellers, but you have unsaved or unsubmitted changes that are not yet visible.
What to do next: Submit your changes to update your live profile.
