Typical Processing Times

Processing times vary according to profile volumes. However, as a guide:

  • Approval Time: New profiles can take up to five business days to be reviewed and approved. Updates to existing profiles are generally reviewed within two business days.

  • After Approval: Once you receive the automated email confirming your profile has been approved, you can usually expect to see your information published on your state’s tourism organisation's website the following day.

We encourage you to factor these timeframes into your planning - building in a buffer ensures your information is ready and visible when you need it most.

It’s important to note that some distributor websites may take a little longer to refresh and display your updated information, depending on their own internal processes.
