As part of our commitment to supporting your business, we will send you reminders and prompts to help keep your profile current and accessible. At the same time, it’s essential to be aware of all communications you receive - particularly any requesting action or payment.
Official ATDW Communications
From time to time, you’ll receive official notifications from us. These messages are designed to support you - whether reminding you to renew an expiring profile, complete a draft, or update your business details. These communications ensure your information is accurate and visible to travellers across our network.
Identifying Unsolicited or Suspicious Emails
Occasionally, you may receive unsolicited emails that appear to be from ATDW or one of our partners, but are actually sent by third parties.
It’s important to review all correspondence requesting payment carefully and to avoid taking action unless you are certain of its legitimacy.
Unfortunately, some tourism businesses have been targeted by scam invoices in recent years. These communications often use names very similar to legitimate organisations in an attempt to mislead recipients into paying for a listing. Always scrutinise any request for payment or personal information.
Payment Policies
Unless you have specifically signed up as a Distribution Partner, or fees apply for your Profile (See: Fees & Charges), you should not receive any emails or letters seeking payment for your ATDW profile. If you do, treat the request with caution.
Our Commitment to Support
If you have any questions or concerns about communications regarding your profile- or if you are ever unsure about the legitimacy of a message - please contact us. We are here to help you navigate any situation, ensuring your experience with us is positive and secure.
