View & Update Profile Expiry

Administrative users can use the Expiry & Ownership feature to review & manage a profile’s expiry settings.

Updated over a week ago

The Expiry & Ownership feature is available to Administrative users only (STO and Admin roles).

Where to find Expiry & Ownership?

The Expiry & Ownership information for any profile can be accessed in the sub menu when viewing the profile under Admin (shown below).

Subscription Date

The subscription date indicates the end date of a purchased annual subscription for State Tourism Organisations (STOs) that charge a fee. You can edit this date if needed—for example, after payment reconciliation or to process a back-dated renewal. Adjusting the subscription date will automatically update the profile’s expiry date.

If you change the subscription date to within thirty days from today, the system will prompt the operator for payment when they next log in to their profile.

Expiry Date

The expiry date determines when the profile will stop being published through our distributor network. Typically, this date updates automatically based on the business rules for the profile’s category each time the profile is published live (See: Profile Expiry). However, administrators can manually change the expiry date if required, and the change will take effect once the profile is republished.

For event profiles, the expiry is controlled by the event’s scheduled end date, so the event expiry field is read-only; to adjust it, update the event end date and publish the changes.
