Every Order records where the coral leaves from and where it is going. Both are Locations, which are the physical places in your Ecosystem: your own facility, a wharf, and the buyer's premises overseas. Adding your buyer's destination once means you can pick it on every Order from then on.
Before you start
Add the buyer as a Participant first, so you can name them as the owner of the Location. Have the address of the destination and, where you have it, an official identifier for the site.

Add the destination
To add a buyer's destination:
Go to Ecosystem Registries > Locations.
Click Add location.
Enter the Official Business Identifier when prompted. OriginsNext uses it to check whether the Location already exists, and offers you the choice of using the existing record or creating a new one.
Set the Location owner to the buyer's organisation, not your own. This is the step people most often get wrong, and it is what makes the site show up as a destination rather than as one of your own facilities.
Enter the Name and address of the site, including its timezone.
Under Identification, add at least one identifier, such as a GLN.
Complete the remaining required details and save.
The Location is immediately searchable and can be selected as the Destination location on an Order.

Adding one mid-Order instead
You do not have to add a destination up front. If you are part-way through creating an Order and the destination does not come up, you can add the Location inline from the Order form without losing what you have entered.
A note on visibility
Adding a Location owned by another organisation creates a Participant relationship with them automatically, if you do not already have one.
You will not necessarily see everything about a Location another organisation owns. What you can see depends on what they have shared with you.
