For all of our roles, staff are welcomed at our National Learning Centre in Upper Hutt for Ara Tika, our induction for new staff. Ara Tika is a week long programme that provides the opportunity to learn core skills, develop a network of peers and be welcomed into the whānau. We’ll arrange and pay for travel, accommodation, and meals while you’re away from home.
After Ara Tika, staff receive training based on their role, as well as opportunities for ongoing professional development.
