Applications for current vacancies must be made online via our website. Note, email applications will not considered.
1. Go to careers.corrections.govt.nz and click on Apply now menu item at the top of the page or the “Show me all vacancies” button on the homepage.
2. Click on the Job title to see the job advert.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the advert, click on the Apply for this Job button
4. Enter your email address and click Save my details
Note, if you've already applied for a job you'll be asked for your email address and password. If you've forgotten this, click here to reset it.
5. Complete the application form that is displayed - note some fields are mandatory and must be completed before you can submit.
6. Click Apply
7. You'll see a screen confirming your application and an email will be sent to the email address provided.
