Our application system asks you to create an account when you first apply and will get you to create a password connected to your email address.

Corrections team member?

If you are a Corrections team member, you'll need to setup an account if you've not done before. Note that this is not your normal username and password used to log into our systems.

Forgot your password?

We all know what it's like when you can't remember your password or it's not working. Here's how you can get back in...

  1. From the homepage, click the Login button

  2. In the window, click the Forgot Password link

  3. Enter your email address and click Send Password

  4. You'll receive an email into your inbox with a link to reset your password and get back into your account.

I tried resetting my password - it didn't work

Oh dear - for security your account is locked if you've tried logging in a couple of times. You'll need to give us a call on 0800 437 668 to have us confirm your details and get you back into the sytem.
