📖 Note: This article outlines how users can seek help and support for FifthDomain’s products.

Accessing Support

FifthDomain’s Support is accessible on any page within the platform. Simply click on the Blue icon on the bottom right of your screen, as shown in the image below.

You can access our help articles by simply searching the relevant key word in the search box[1], or by clicking the Help tab[2].

Alternatively you can open one of our recommended support articles from the support feed[3].

This takes you to the expanded view where you can start typing in your key words. Simply click on the most relevant article from the list of suggestions to open it.

Contacting our Support team

You can message our support team, by clicking on the Message card[1] or by clicking Message tab[2] as shown in the screen below.

This opens a chat box, where you can enter the details of your issue. Our dedicated team will respond to your query and provide assistance at the earliest convenience.
