This article provides detailed information for all Users on how to navigate around FifthDomain’s platform.
Accessing the Platform
You can access FifthDomain’s platform by clicking on the URL that was emailed to you. This will take you to the registration form. If you have already registered an account, you can navigate to the Log In page by clicking the Sign In Instead button, as shown below.
Logging In
To log in, enter your email address into the Email Address [1] text box and your password in the Password [2] text box. You can then click the Login [3] button to log into your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Forgot Password? [4] button to reset your password.
Logging Out
You can log out of your account at any time by clicking on the Profile Disc, as shown in the image below.
You can then click the Sign Out button to log out, as shown in the image below.
Navigating Around
You will be taken to your default landing after you log into the platform. For Admins or Managers, this will be the Manage Users page. For Participants, the landing page may be the Course, Assessments or Competitions home page.
Accessing your Profile
You can access your profile by clicking on the Profile Disc, as shown in the image below.
A dropdown menu will appear. You can access your profile by clicking on the Profile button, as shown in the image below.
You can change your Full Name, Alias or Mobile Number by clicking on the Edit button in the Personal Information section, as shown in the image below.
You can then edit your Full Name by using the Full Name [1] text box. For Competitions users, you can edit your Alias by using the Alias [2] text box. You can then save your changes by clicking the Save [3] button or you can cancel your changes by clicking on the Cancel [4] button.
You can change your password by clicking on the Change button in the Password section, as shown in the image below.
You can then enter your current password in the Current Password [1] text box. You can create a new password by typing it into the New Password [2] text box. To save your changes, click the Apply [3] button or cancel any changes by clicking on the Cancel [4] button.
For Competition users, you can also change the platform’s theme by clicking the Change button in the Theme card, as shown in the image below.
You can then click on the Radio Dials [1] to select between the Light and Dark themes. You can save your changes by clicking the Save [2] button, or click the Cancel [3] button to cancel any changes.
