Our Privacy Policy outlines all the ways we might use your personal information. We collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary for us to achieve our purposes.

  1. When you use the Platform, we may ask you to provide us with some or all of the following Personal Information about you or the user you represent which includes the following, but is not limited to:

    1. Identity Information – e.g. name (including “gaming alias”), gender, photograph, date of birth and age (including proof of identity documents);

    2. Contact Details –e.g. email address, phone number and residential address;

    3. Employment and Education details – e.g. current job title, self-reported training, years of work experience and level of education;

    4. Payment Information – credit/debit card details, bank account details and billing address; and

    5. Other information – details of feedback or complaints about Services provided by us, internal Security Operations Center (SOC) functional and team structures

  2. We may collect or verify some of your Personal Information, from employers, schools, or event organisers as applicable. This facilitates us to set up multiple Accounts simultaneously across the Platform.

  3. You will be requested to give your consent for the collection of Personal Information prior to the provision of any of our Services or at the time of creating an Account when you are using the Platform. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without any additional costs. This shall mean deleting the Account, which may result in termination of the ongoing Services. You can withdraw your consent by emailing us at helpdesk@fifthdomain.com.au. and further request us to notify you of how the Account deletion will impact the Services we offer you.
