You can access FifthDomain’s platform by clicking on the URL that was emailed to you, as shown in the image below. This will take you to the registration form, as shown in the image below. If you have not received an invitation email, you can contact your organisation to confirm whether an invitation was sent.

You can register an account by filling in the fields on the Registration Form. You can enter your full name using the Full Name [1] text box. This name will be visible to Admins and Managers within your organisation.

You can create and confirm a password by using the Password and Confirm Password [2] text boxes. You can opt-in to receive information about FifthDomain’s products by clicking on the Marketing [3] checkbox.

You can then click the Next [4] button to proceed to the next page of the form.

You can contact support at any stage by clicking on the Support Chat [5] button.

On the next page, specify your age by clicking on the Age Range [1] dropdown menu and then selecting the appropriate option. You can find out why FifthDomain collects this information by clicking on the “Why do we ask for this information?” [2] link.

Click the Next [3] button to proceed to the next page of the registration form. You can also go back to the previous page by clicking on the Back [4] button.

You can access the full version of FifthDomain’s policies by clicking on the Links [1] provided. If you consent to these policies, click on the Checkboxes [2]. You can then click the Agree [3] button to confirm your consent. This will complete the registration process if you are aged 16 years or older.

If you are aged between 13 and 15 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must consent to you registering an account. Your parent or guardian can access the full version of FifthDomain’s policies by clicking on the Links [1] provided. They can consent to these policies by clicking on the Checkboxes [2]. They can then click the Consent [3] button to confirm their consent. This will complete the registration process.

You can also go back to the previous page by clicking on the Back [4] button.

After submitting the registration form, you will be taken to FifthDomain’s sign in page. To sign in, enter your Email Address [1] and Password [2] into the relevant text boxes, and then click the Log In [3] button.

You will be required to complete a questionnaire if you have been invited to an assessment. The questionnaire will automatically appear once you log into the platform.

You can specify the number of years you have worked in the cyber sector by entering a number into the Text Box [1], rounding your response to the nearest whole number.

You can select your highest level of education by selecting an option from the Education [2] dropdown menu. If you select “Other”, you can provide more information by using the Text Box [3]. You can specify the cyber training you have received by selecting all relevant options from the Training [4] dropdown menu.

If you select “Formal Training” in the Education dropdown menu, you will be asked to specify the type(s) of formal training you received. You can provide this information by selecting all relevant options from the Formal Training [1] dropdown menu.

You can specify your current industry by selecting an option from the Industry [2] dropdown menu. If you select “Other”, you can provide more information by using the Text Box [3]. You can then submit your responses by clicking the Next [4] button.
