📖 Note: this article explains how participants use Connor, the assistant available across the FIFTH DOMAIN platform.
What is Connor?
Connor is your assistant across the FIFTH DOMAIN platform. It has two sides: a concierge that answers questions about how the platform works, drawn from the FIFTH DOMAIN knowledge base, and a BI agent that answers questions about your own activity, results and teams.
You ask both kinds of question in the same place. There is nothing to switch between, as Connor works out which is needed from the question you ask.
📖 Note: Connor is different from Connor Coach, the assistant embedded in challenges. Connor will not help you solve a challenge. For that, open the CONNOR tab inside the challenge itself.
How to Access Connor
The Connor launcher [1] sits in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click it to open the chat panel, type your question and press send.

Connor is available on every page of the platform, apart from the challenge page inside a competition. Connor Coach is available there instead.
The Connor Panel
Connor opens as a compact panel and greets you by name. New chat [1] starts a fresh conversation, expand [2] opens the full-window view and close [3] exits Connor. Type into the input box [6], attach an image with + [5] and click send [7].
At the foot of the panel, Chat is where you talk to Connor and Helpdesk is where you reach the FIFTH DOMAIN support team.

Connor picks up your most recent conversation when you open it. In the expanded view, your previous conversations are listed down the left, grouped by date — select one to carry on where you left off.
Connor’s answers can include screenshots of the platform.
What You Can Ask Connor
About the platform:
E.g. “How do I enter a competition?” or “How do I join a team?”
About your own results:
E.g. “What’s my score?” or “How many trophies do I have?”
About your teams:
E.g. “What’s my team’s score?” or “Who is in my team?”
For suggestions:
E.g. “What should I work on next?”
Things to Keep in Mind
Connor only sees your own data. It will not return another participant’s individual results, including your teammates’. Team-level figures already shown to you in My Teams can be returned.
Connor will not explain administrator tasks such as creating a competition. It will point you to your administrator instead.
Connor will not reveal flags or solutions.
AI responses may make mistakes. If a figure looks wrong, check it against the scoreboard or your profile.
If something is not working as expected, or you have feedback about Connor, raise a request with the FIFTH DOMAIN support team from the Helpdesk tab in the Connor panel.
