Note: You can only download student responses if you've uploaded your class list to My Students and they have responded to the activities.
Bulk download lets you export multiple students’ lesson responses at once, without downloading each student individually
Where can I access bulk download from?
You can access it by selecting the download icon and then Student Responses from:
Digital lesson view
Individual assignment page
Student portfolio

How to bulk download responses
1. Open a lesson/assignment/portfolio where student responses exist.
2. Select Download and then select Student Responses.
3. Review the download options in the modal.
Note:
- Students who have submitted work are pre-selected by default.
- PDF is the default format.
4. Adjust the student selection if needed.
5. Confirm to start the download.
What do you receive?
Your download is delivered as a ZIP file, containing one PDF per student.
What’s included in each student PDF?
Each PDF is formatted to be easy to mark, share, or print. It includes:
Student name and class at the top of every page
A cover page with the generation date
A clear “blank response” indicator when a student skipped something (so it’s obvious it wasn’t missed in export)
The date and time the student submitted each response
Why can't I bulk download?
If no students have submitted work, the bulk download option is disabled. If you hover over it, you’ll see a message explaining why.
If the worksheets have been completed and you still can't download a student’s work, you will:
Get the successful files via the usual success email + download link
You’ll also get a separate email listing the student name(s) that could not be included
That email will ask you to contact support, and to include the listed student names to speed things up
What Can My Students Download?
Students can download their own responses as a PDF by selecting ‘Ddownload’ at the top of their lesson page for Print.
