What is an Account?

Your account serves as your gateway to log in, make updates, and ensure your business is accurately represented on the platform. Without an account, you won't be able to list your business, update your profile, or take advantage of the distribution opportunities we offer.

How to Create an Account

Signing up for an account is straightforward.

  1. Register: Start by visiting atdw.com.au. Select 'Register Now' at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the Account Type: If you're a Tourism Business and wish to create a profile, select 'Tourism Operator', if you would like to join as a Distributor - that is, you would like to publish profiles on your own digital channels, select 'Web Developer'. The box around your selected option will change colour. Select 'Continue'.

  3. Provide Details: Follow the prompts to create a user account with:

Your ABN if you have one (See: Do I need an ABN to create an Account)
    Name
    Email

    Phone number
    Strong password (See: Password Conditions)

  4. Acceptance: Accept Terms and Conditions to finalise your registration

  5. Verify Email: We’ll send a verification email to confirm your address. Once verified, you will be able to log in.

  6. Create an Organisation: Once registered, simply create one (or more) Organisations. Once this important step is complete, you can go on to create your own winning profile or subscribe to our distribution services.

What do I need to set up an Account?

Registering your business is really simple. You just need a few things to get started:

Business Details

You'll need your business name, ABN (if applicable), and business type. When you first enter your business name, you'll see some default numbers and letters- just update this to your correct business name.

Contact Information

We'll need your name, email address, and phone number. Don't worry, these details are just for us to communicate with you and won't be made public.

Business Address

Enter the physical address of your business.

After you register, you'll be given an automatically-generated organisation number that can't be changed.

And remember, if you need any help during the registration process, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not sure if I already have an Account

If you are unsure if you have previously registered with ATDW, you can check by:

  1. Going to the Login Page at www.atdw-online.com.au

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Select the ‘Forgot password’? option.

  4. If you are registered, you will receive an email containing a temporary password and link allowing to change the password and login again. If you are not previously registered, you will not receive an email and can proceed to register as a new user.

Do I need a business ABN to create An Account?

Although it's optional, if you have an ABN, we recommend providing it when registering. This helps validate your business's authenticity and may entitle you to additional benefits in certain situations.

If you don't have an ABN, don't worry. You can still register without it.

Can I create multiple users for my Account?

Yes, you can have multiple users for your account - each with their own login. (See: How to Add Users to your Account)

Can I update my Account details at a later date?

Once you’ve registered for an account, you can update your account details at any time. For example, if you need to change your organisation or user address or contact details – you can add this information whenever you want to through the 'ACCOUNT' section in the main menu.

Am I a Tourism Business or a Distributor?

If you own or manage a tourism product, such as accommodation, a tour, an attraction, or an event, you are considered a tourism business. As a Tourism Operator, you use our platform to create and maintain a profile for your business. This profile is then published across a network of distributor websites, helping you reach more potential customers.

A Distributor is an organisation or individual who displays tourism profiles on their own digital channels, such as websites or apps. Distributors access our data and share tourism business profiles with their own audiences. This option is typically for web developers, digital publishers, or organisations looking to showcase a range of tourism experiences on their platforms.
