How to Add Photos
When you're setting up a new Profile, you will be prompted to provide at least one photo. Here's how to upload extra photos to an existing Profile:
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find the Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Photos: In the sub menu, select 'Photos'.
Upload: Drag and Drop photos from your device into the frame or click the link to upload photos from your device. Find the relevant file, and select 'Open'. The image you've just uploaded should appear.
Enter details: Use the files provided to: Enter a winning caption (See: Caption) Provide Alt Text for your photo to boost your SEO and accessibility (See: Alt Text); Note any copyright details (See: Copyright); and Credit your photographer where required (See: Photographer)
Save: Once complete, click 'Save Photo'.
Prioritise: Distributor websites may only display a selection of images for your profile. Ensure you're putting your best foot forward by arranging your images into their preferred order. Simply click and drag them into place, remembering that the image that appears first will be your hero image.
Submit for Review: Once you've made all your changes, review your profile summary and submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
