What is an Event Calendar?
Your event calendar shows all events dates you've nominated for your event program, with start and end times. It allows you to view the dates you've already entered, make adjustments, and update times as needed to keep everything accurate and up-to-date.
How to View Your Event Calendar
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.
Your Event Calendar: Scrolling down, you will be able to see any event occurrences you've previously entered for your profile in the Event Calendar. Your dates will be highlighted.
View Event Times: Click on the dates to view your start and end times for that particular date.
Update Event Time (optional): Enter the hour (using 24-hour time) and the minute your event starts by clicking the down arrow next to each. For example, if your event starts at 4:30pm you would click '16' in Hour, and '30' in Minute. Repeat the process for the 'To' field, entering the finish time of your event in 24-hour time.
Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I see my Event Dates?
