Add repeating event dates to my event calendar
The following applies if you would like to add regularly scheduled or repeating events to your profile.
Log In: Log in to ATDW
Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'
Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.
Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.
Date Generator: Select 'Repeat Event Date/s'
Time Period: When does this schedule begin and finish? Click in the 'Start Date' field to select your first event date, using the calendar that appears. Click the arrow at the top of the calendar to display later months. Repeat this process for the End Date field.
Event Start Time: Click in the 'From' field to nominate the start time of your event.
Enter the hour (using 24-hour time) and the minute your event starts by clicking the down arrow next to each. For example, if your event starts at 4:30pm you would click '16' in Hour, and '30' in Minute.
Your nominated start time will display (in 24-hour time), take a moment to check this is accurate before selecting 'Done'.
Repeat the process for the 'To' field, entering the finish time of your event in 24-hour time.How often is your event held? Select the option below that suits (See: Event Frequency):
Weekly: Using the drop down menus select '1' and 'Week', then under 'Repeat On' select the day/s of the week your event is held.
Fortnightly: Enter '2' and 'week', then select the relevant day of the week. For example if your event is held on a Wednesday every fortnight, select '2', 'week' and 'W'
Monthly: Enter '1' and then 'month'. Then, if for example your event is held on the 3rd Thursday of the Month, select 'On the third Thursday'. Alternatively, if your event is held on the 17th of each month, select 'On the 17th'. Note, that the available options are determined by your event Start Date (Step 6).
Quarterly: Select '3' and 'month', then select whether the event repeats on a particular date (i.e. 'On the 17th') or on a particular day (i.e. 'On the third Tuesday'. Your options are determined by your event Start Date (Step 6).Review Your Dates and Make Adjustments if Needed: The calendar below will update to include your additional event dates.

To delete Calendar: If the dates and times are incorrect and you'd like to start again, click the 'CLEAR CALENDAR' button at the top of the Calendar, then 'CONFIRM'. This will erase all Event Dates and times.
To remove specific dates in your Calendar: If you'd like to remove specific dates from your calendar, for example if you're event runs fortnightly, but won't occur for a particular fortnight, you can delete specific event dates within the Event Calendar. (see: How to Delete Events in my Event Calendar)Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.

A 'Repeat Event Date/s' applies if your event repeats on a scheduled basis, like weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. It may run at the same time every time, or it may run at different times.
This option is perfect for events like a seasonal market, a recurring workshop series, or a festival with multiple dates and varying schedules. It helps ensure visitors can plan around all the available dates and times for your event.
