If your ATDW Distribution Subscription has ended, it’s important to know why, what it means for your business, and how you can respond—whether you’re stepping back for now or planning your next move.
Why has my Distribution Subscription been Cancelled?
Your ATDW Distribution Subscription may be cancelled for several reasons:
Subscription Cancelled by Distributor: You (or someone from your team) have requested the cancellation.
Non-Payment or Overdue Account: If payment for your subscription hasn’t been received according to our terms, access will be suspended and the licence cancelled.
Breach of Terms or Compliance: At times, cancellations are required to maintain integrity in our distribution network. This includes not meeting agreed conditions outlined in our Distribution Licence Agreement.
What Happens Next?
When a subscription is cancelled:
Your API access is switched off—ATDW content is no longer available for new or updated integrations via your Distributor Key.
You are required to remove all ATDW content from your website or digital channels within 14 days. This ensures a fair, up-to-date experience for all users and partners.
Your data agreements with ATDW are paused—future access to new data or system updates will require reactivation.
Your Responsibilities
To maintain trust and compliance across the network, we kindly request that you:
Remove all ATDW-Online content from your website or digital properties within 14 days of cancellation.
Delete any ATDW data you have downloaded but are no longer authorised to use.
Thinking about rejoining?
If you have changed your mind and would like to re-subscribe you can login to your ATDW account, and re-activate or create a new distribution subscription at any stage.
