đ Note: This article explains how to contact the FIFTH DOMAIN support team from the Help Centre, without needing to sign in to the platform.
Two Ways to Reach Us
There are two ways to raise a request with the FIFTH DOMAIN support team, depending on whether you have a platform account.
From inside the platform. If you are registered and signed in, use the Helpdesk tab in the Connor panel. This gives you a full conversation thread you can follow and reply to on the platform.
From the Help Centre. If you do not have an account yet, or you cannot sign in, send us a message from the Help Centre site. This is a single message rather than a conversation, and we reply by email.
This article covers the second route. For the first, see the article linked at the end.
Finding the Help Centre
A link to the Help Centre is included in your invitation email, under Need Help? You can also reach it at any time from the FIFTH DOMAIN Help Centre address.
Opening the Messenger
On the Help Centre, click the blue messenger button [1] in the bottom-left corner of the page.
[1] Messenger Button
The messenger opens on its home view. From here you can send us a message [1], search the help articles [2], or open one of the suggested articles [3]. Any replies you have already received appear under Messages [4].

đ Note: It is worth searching the help articles first. Many common questions about registering, joining a competition and using the platform are already answered there.
Sending a Message
1. Click Send us a message.
2. Type your question or issue into the message box.
3. Send it.
Include as much detail as you can: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, the exact wording of any error message, and the email address your invitation was sent to. That saves us coming back to ask.
What Happens Next
Your message reaches the FIFTH DOMAIN support team as a ticket. The reply comes back to you by email, rather than as a conversation in the messenger.
This is the main difference between the two routes. Inside the platform, the Helpdesk gives you a thread you can follow and reply to in place. From the Help Centre, it is one message out and a reply by email.
đ Note: FIFTH DOMAIN provides technical support from 09:00 to 17:00 AEST (23:00â07:00 GMT) on Australian business days.
đ Note: Once you are registered and signed in, use the Helpdesk tab in the Connor panel instead. You will get a full conversation thread and can track the status of your request.
