If a student has forgotten their password or needs a new one, you can update it from the My Students page. You'll need to print a new sign-in card for the student afterward.
Important: You can only change a student's password if you are the only teacher that student belongs to. If another teacher also has that student added to their class, contact us and we'll help you change their password.
Update the password
Go to My Students.
If you have more than one class, use the Class dropdown menu at the top of the page to select the class the student belongs to.
Find the student whose password you want to change.
Click the Edit button in that student's row.
In the panel that opens, enter a new password in the password field.
Click Save and Close.
Print a new sign-in card
Once you have updated a student's password, their old sign-in card won't work. Print a new sign-in card so the student can log in with their new password.
