With digital distribution, your business can reach customers through various online platforms, such as travel websites, apps and booking engines.

Distributors

Distributors are organisations that publish your profiles on their websites, apps, or other digital platforms to help promote your tourism business.

By working with distributors, your profile gets seen by a wider audience, boosting your visibility and attracting more travellers.

Integration

An integration connects different systems, software, or applications so they can work together seamlessly. The goal of an integration is to allow these systems to share data, streamline processes, and enhance functionality by enabling them to operate as a unified whole.

Integrations, such as the Google Business Integration on our platform help businesses improve efficiency, reduce errors across multiple channels, and help them get more out of the tools and systems they use.

The set-up and management of these integrations are managed by tourism businesses, and may or may not have a cost associated.

Guidance copy is the helpful text you'll find on the right-hand side of select pages within our platform. It’s specifically designed to assist you through the process of creating and managing your profile. This guidance offers clear, step-by-step instructions and tips relevant to the task at hand. Additionally, it includes direct links to the Support Centre, where you can access further advice and detailed support resources if you need more information or encounter any challenges. This way, you’re never alone in the process - help is always just a click away!

Profile

A profile is the specific listing or representation of your business or service on the platform. This is what potential customers see through our distribution network. A profile includes details like your business description, contact information, photos, services offered, and other relevant information. You can have multiple profiles under one account if your business offers different products or services that need to be listed separately.

Tourism Business

A tourism business is any business or organisation that provides services or experiences to travelers and tourists.

Whether it’s offering accommodations, guided tours, adventure activities, or cultural experiences, a tourism business is all about creating memorable moments for customers.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance refers to our process of reviewing profiles to make sure they meet our guidelines.

This process is crucial because it allows us to guarantee that we provide travellers with high-quality, accurate information through our distributor channels. By maintaining these standards, we're able to meet the needs of travellers effectively and ensure they have the best possible experience.

Owning Organisation

An Owning Organisation or Organisation Account is the account responsible for the profile. They are charged with ensuring it's always up-to-date and accurate.

Support Hub

Our Support Hub is designed to help users create and manage their profiles more effectively. It provides helpful articles, video tutorials, and step-by-step instructions on various tasks, such as updating Profiles, submitting changes for review, and understanding the platform's features.

The Support Centre is there to ensure that you have all the information you need to successfully navigate the platform and make the most of your Profile.
