Set Date & Time for Multi-Day Event with same daily schedule

Use this Guide if your multi-day event takes place at the same time each day over two or more consecutive days.

This Guide applies to a multi-day event that takes place at the same time each day over two or more consecutive days. Examples include festivals, conferences, or sporting events that run for two or more days at the same time each day. These events often five visitors the flexibility to attend on one or multiple days.


How to set the schedule for a multi-day event with same daily start and end times.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.

  5. Event Confirmation: Is your event confirmed? Select 'Yes' or 'No' using the relevant checkbox. (See: Confirmed Event)

  6. Frequency: Select the relevant frequency for your event. (See: Event Frequency)

  7. Enter Date: Select 'Single Event Date/s'. Click in the 'Start Date' field to select your event date, using the calendar that appears. Click the arrow at the top of the calendar to display later months. Repeat this process for the End Date field, nominating the last date of your event.

  8. Event Start Time: Click in the 'From' field to nominate the daily start time of your event. Enter the hour (using 24-hour time) and the minute your event starts by clicking the down arrow next to each. For example, if your event starts at 4:30pm you would click '16' in Hour, and '30' in Minute. Your nominated start time will display (in 24-hour time), take a moment to check this is accurate before selecting 'Done'.

  9. Event End Time: Repeat the process for the 'To' field, entering the daily finish time of your event in 24-hour time.

  10. Apply changes: Click on 'Apply'. The calendar view below should update to reflect your event date. Take a moment to check that it is correct. If it is incorrect, select 'Clear Calendar' and confirm'. Then repeat the process with the correct dates and times.

  11. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
