How to set the schedule for a multi-day event with different daily start and end times

This applies to events that takes place at different times each day over two or more consecutive days.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Date & Time: In the sub menu that appears, select 'Date & Time'.

  5. Event Confirmation: Is your event confirmed? Select 'Yes' or 'No' using the relevant checkbox. (See: Confirmed Event)

  6. Frequency: Select the relevant frequency for your event. (See: Event Frequency)

  7. Enter Event Dates: Select 'Single Event Date/s'. Click in the 'Start Date' field to select the first date of your event in the calendar that appears. Click the arrow at the top of the calendar to display later months. Repeat this process for the End Date field, nominating the last date of your event.

Leave the 'From' and 'To' dates blank.

Select 'Apply'. The calendar will update to reflect your Event Dates, shown in black

  8. Event Times: Using the Event Calendar, click on the first day of your event. Below the month, information on your chosen Event Date and blank time fields will appear.
In this section, enter the start and end time in 24-hour time, in the following format: (Start Time) HH MM - (End Time) HH MM.

Change the time by clicking the down arrow next to each. For example, if your event starts at 4:30pm you would click '16' in Hour, and '30' in Minute. Repeat this process to add the end time on your selected date.

  9. Repeat for subsequent event dates: Repeat Step 8 for the remaining event dates in your event program.
If your event times are incorrect, click on the cross icon next to the incorrect times. Click on the event date again so it is highlighted, and enter the correct Start and End Times (Step 8) for that date.

  10. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
