Single Event Date

A Single Event Date/s applies if your event occurs on a single day or runs at the same time on consecutive days. See: Single Event Date

For example:

  • A weekend art exhibit or a two-day farmers market that operates with the same hours on each day.

One-day event

A one-day event is an event that takes place on a single day. These events happen within a specific timeframe on that day, making it important for attendees to plan accordingly. See: One-Day Events

For example:

  • A one-day festival, concert, or special exhibition.

Multi-Day Event with same daily start and end times

This applies to a multi-day event that takes place at the same time each day over two or more consecutive days. These events often give visitors the flexibility to attend on one or multiple days. See: Multi-Day Event with same daily start and end times

For example:

  • Festivals, conferences, or sporting events that run for two or more days at the same time each day.

Multi-day event with different daily start and end times

This applies to events that take place at different times each day over two or more consecutive days. See: Multi-day event with different daily start and end times

Regularly Scheduled Event with same start and end times

A regularly scheduled event is an event that occurs on a consistent, recurring basis, such as weekly, monthly, or annually. Each event has the same start and end time. These events follow a predictable schedule, allowing visitors to plan their attendance in advance. See: Regularly Scheduled Event

For example:

  • A weekly farmers market

  • A monthly art class

  • An annual festival

Irregularly Scheduled Event

Times and dates for irregularly scheduled events can be added directly into your Event Calendar. (See: Add Event Dates to Event Calendar).
