Managing your business profile is not a solo effort—collaboration is key. Adding you as a user means:
Your business can work together efficiently—several team members can update and review business information at any time.
It’s easier to keep details current—whether you’re updating photos, business hours, or contacts, multiple users reduce bottlenecks and speed up changes.
There’s always someone available to maintain your profile—no matter how roles shift or responsibilities change.
When your team collaborates in ATDW, your business profile stays relevant and ready to meet opportunities as they arise.
What do I need to do next?
Check Email: Once you've been added as a user, you will receive an email from us. Click the link in your welcome email.
Temporary Password: Enter the temporary password provided within the email
Enter a New Password: Set your own secure password. See: Password Conditions for details on what to include in your password.
Update: Review and update your business’s profile as needed
If you believe the invitation was sent by mistake, please contact us.
Can't find the welcome email?
If you can’t locate the welcome email, there are a few options.
Check your junk or spam folders—it might have landed there by mistake. Be sure to add ATDW to your safe sender list to make sure you continue to receive important updates about your account.
Ask your administrator to check that the correct email address has been entered.
