This article provides detailed information for all users with ‘Manage Training’ permissions, on how to archive competitions.
Archiving a Competition
In order to archive a competition, simply click on Competitions[1] on the sidebar. Upon clicking, list of all competitions available to the org will populate. Simply click on the Action icon[2] of the competition you want to archive, and then click on Archive[3] option.
Once a competition is archived, it disappears from the competition list and starts living in the Archived[1] tab.
Note: Only the competitions that are not in progress, can be archived.
Unarchiving a Competition
In order to unarchive a competition, select the Archived[1] tab. Then, click the Action icon[2] of the competition you want to unarchive, and click Unarchive[3].
