How can I join a team?

You can become a member of a team by receiving an invitation from a Team Manager of that team. Team Managers can invite you to their team using your email. Once you are invited to a team, you will automatically be added as a General Member in the team.

πŸ“– Note: Initially, individuals invited to join a team will hold the role of General Members. To become a Team Manager within the same team, you should discuss this with an existing Team Manager, who has the authority to change your role from General Member to Team Manager.

Upon receiving an invitation to join a team, you will be sent an email. This email will confirm your invitation and include a link to sign in to the platform, or create an account if you don't have one. The email you receive will resemble the following example:

Once you have signed in from the link inside your team invitation email, you will be directed to the Participant Home Page. Any competitions that your new team is participating in will populate in your Assigned Events [1].

You can click Enter [2] on a competition to begin attempting it as a member of your participating team. To view the team you were invited to, click My Teams [3].
