Discover when and how to add, update and delete a Service Deal for your Accommodation, Hire, Transport, Tour or Journey profile.

Adding a deal or offer to your service allows you to driving targeted bookings for specific parts of your business, such as a particular room type or tour. Service-specific deals also help you tailor your promotions for different customer segments.

For example, you might offer a special discount for a family room or a free upgrade for a specific tour. Deals at the service level help you focus on the customers you are most interested in and the area of your business you need to promote more.

Please note, Services only apply only to Accommodation, Hire, Transport, Tour and Journey profiles.

Add Service Deals & Offers

While the process of adding a deal at the service level is largely the same as adding a profile deal - A Service Deal will only apply to the particular service, rather than your broader business.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Find Service: In the sub menu that appears, click on the Service you're wanting to update. More sub menu options will appear for your Service.

  5. Add Deal/Offer: Click on 'Add a Service Deal/Offer'. Work your way through the form, complete the fields as you go. Refer to the links below for expert tips, guidance and examples.

  6. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.


Update Service Deals & Offers

Updating your Service Deals & Offers is a great way to keep your promotions current and attract more customers. It also ensures your profile reflects the best opportunities available to visitors. Discover when to update your Service Deals & Offers.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Find Service: In the sub menu that appears, click on the Service you're wanting to update. More sub menu options will appear for your Service.

  5. Find Service Deal / Offer: Click on the Deal/Offer you're wanting to update. The information relevant to that deal will appear.

  6. Update: Working your way through the form, update the following fields as required. Click the links below for more information and helpful examples to ensure your Service deal / offer cuts through.

  7. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.


Delete Service Deals & Offers

Deals and offers are automatically unpublished when a promotion or deal has reached its end date and is no longer valid. But there are other instances when you would look to delete a Service Deal or Offer ahead of this time.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Find Service: In the sub menu that appears, click on the Service you're wanting to update. More sub menu options will appear for your Service.

  5. Find Service Deal / Offer: Click on the Deal/Offer you're wanting to update. The information relevant to that deal will appear.

  6. Delete: Click the black cross icon at the top Right of the Deals & Offers section.

  7. Confirm: Confirm you would like to delete the deal or offer by selecting 'Yes' in the pop-up that appears.

  8. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.

Should I Add a Deal to my Service or my Profile?

When deciding whether to add a deal to your Service or your overall Profile, it depends on what you're promoting. By strategically placing deals, you can tailor promotions to the right audience and increase the effectiveness of your offers.

Add a deal to your Service if it applies to a specific part of your offering. For example, if you have a deal on a particular room type, tour, or experience, it’s best to add the offer directly to that specific Service. This way, customers looking for that room or tour will see the relevant deal, which can drive more targeted bookings.

Add a deal to your Profile if the offer applies to your business as a whole. For instance, if you’re offering a general discount for booking any service, such as '10% off all room types' or 'Free breakfast with any stay,' then the deal should be added at the Profile level to cover all services.

  • Highlighting New Services: If you’re offering new services or experiences that should be included in the deal.

  • Improving Visibility: To refresh an older offer and attract more attention from potential customers.

When Should I Delete a Service Deal or Offer?

  • Capacity Limitations: If the demand for the service exceeds available capacity, and you can no longer accommodate additional bookings under the offer.

  • Service Changes: If the service associated with the offer is no longer available or has been discontinued.

  • New Offers Introduced: When replacing an old offer with a new or updated promotion.

  • Outdated Terms: If the deal’s terms and conditions are no longer relevant or applicable.

  • Incorrect details: If the offer was published with incorrect information and needs to be removed for accuracy.

Will my Service deal be visible on my Profile?

Yes, customers browsing your profile can see the deals associated with individual services, such as a room type or a specific tour, even if they initially land on your main profile page. Service-level deals are highlighted within the relevant section of your profile, helping you showcase targeted offers while still giving visibility to the entire profile.
