Updated over 4 months ago

Working together, we can provide and promote spaces, experiences, and services that are inclusive and accommodating to all guests, regardless of their physical, sensory, cognitive, or mobility challenges.

Update Accessibility Attributes

When you're creating a new profile, you'll be prompted to add accessibility information.

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find the Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Accessibility: In the sub menu, select 'Accessibility'.

You will be prompted to select the level of accessibility your product or service offers. Here's what each option means:

Actively welcomes people with access needs

This option signifies that your business accommodates visitors with a variety of access needs. By choosing this option, you'll have the opportunity to identify and highlight the accessibility features your business offers. If you're uncertain, we suggest selecting it and reviewing the full list. Accessibility options can often be overlooked, and you may discover that your business is more inclusive than you initially thought.

Does not cater for people with access needs

Select this option if your business currently lacks facilities or services that support visitors with access needs.

Disabled access available, contact operator for details

Choose this option if you provide some level of disabled access, but specific details need to be confirmed with your team.

5. Update: Select 'Actively welcomes people with accessibility needs'. Work your way through the list of Attributes, ticking all that apply to your business. If you have one, take a moment to add the URL to your Access and Inclusion Statement at the bottom of the screen.

6. Submit for Review: Once you've made all your changes, review your profile summary and submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers.
