How to Add a Deal or Offer

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button. A summary of your profile will appear.

  4. Add a Deal / Offer: In the sub menu that appears, click 'Add a Deal / Offer'.

  5. Enter your Deal / Offer: Working your way through the form, complete the following fields. Click the links below for more information and helpful examples to ensure your deal / offer cuts through.

  6. Submit for Review: Once complete, check your Profile Summary and then submit your profile for review. This step is crucial to ensure that your profile is reviewed, approved, and published, making your updated information visible to potential customers

How many deals can I add to my profile?

Your profile have have up to three deals at any one time, each of which can be live for up to three months. This allows you to showcase multiple offers simultaneously, maximising your visibility and attracting a diverse range of customers interested in different offerings or time frames.

Where will my deal be featured?

Your deal will be prominently featured across a wide range of State Tourism Organisation (STO) and distributor websites within our extensive network. This ensures maximum visibility and reach, helping to attract more potential customers to your offering. By showcasing your deal on these platforms, you gain exposure to a larger audience, increasing the chances of bookings and engagement.

What happens when my deal expires?

When your deal expires, it no longer appears as an active promotion on your profile or on any distributor websites where it was featured. This means, customers will no longer see your deal. We recommend creating new seasonal deals to maintain ongoing visibility, attract customers and drive bookings.
