Main Menu
The Main Menu for Administrators is largely the same as standard users (See: Main Menu); the only exception being the 'Admin' Tab.
Admin Tab
The Admin Tab (shown below) is designed for efficiency—everything you need to manage profiles, monitor updates, and support operators is at your fingertips.
Profiles Tab
While all users can see and access the Profiles tab, the options available to Admin users in the Profiles Sub Menu differ slightly. (See: Profiles Sub Menu)
Admin Sub Menu
The Admin sub-menu (shown below) appears once the Admin Tab is clicked. This is the foundation for all administrator actions. Whether you’re updating business details, reviewing user requests, or overseeing quality assurance, this section brings operational oversight and shared standards to the forefront.
Search
Use the Search option in the Admin Sub Menu to quickly locate business profiles by number, name, or key filters (category, classification, state, region, status, and more). This streamlines profile management and supports rapid action. (See: How to Search for a Profile)
QA Queue
Review and approve pending profiles or edits—ensuring information meets quality and eligibility criteria before it goes live.
Pending Payment
Monitor profiles awaiting payment.
Pending Disablement
Monitor profiles awaiting scheduled disablement. (See: Disabling Profiles & the Disabled Queue)
