Guide to Creating a Tour Profile

This guide will help you create a tour profile that stands out and captures the imagination of potential customers.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Creating a Tour profile on our platform helps you attract adventurers and explorers to your offerings. By detailing the unique experiences, routes, and highlights of your tours, you can inspire travellers to book with you.

Creating a Tour Profile is a 3-step process that keeps all your business information within one profile, making it easier to manage and present comprehensive information about your offerings.

Step 1. Create a Profile for your Tour Business

First, set up an overarching Tour profile to serve as the central hub for your broader business information. The information presented here applies to your business, rather than individual tours you offer. (Don't worry, you'll be able to add this information in Step 3).

Use the links below to quickly and easily access information relevant to each section.

Step 2. Add a Tour

Once you've finished setting up your business profile, you can now add individual Tours to your profile.

Option 1 - If you're adding Tours to the profile you've just created:

  1. Sub Menu: While you're in the relevant profile, use the Sub Menu to select 'Add a Tour'.

Option 2 - If you're adding a Tour to a profile you created earlier:

  1. Log In: Log in to ATDW

  2. Profiles: In the main menu, select 'PROFILES'

  3. Find Profile: Find the relevant profile and click the corresponding ‘UPDATE’ button.

  4. Sub Menu: While you're in the relevant profile, use the Sub Menu and click on 'Add a Tour'.

Step 3. Create your Tour Services

Next, add specific tour options you offer as itemised 'Services' within your profile. This allows you to list details like pricing, schedules, and other tour-specific information in one place, helping customers easily understand what's available.

Use the links below to quickly and easily access information relevant to each section.
